Shipping

AirScape offers flat rate UPS shipping to all lower 48 states. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other regions, please call us for a custom quote.

How long does it take?

Most orders ship the following business day from our warehouse in Oregon. The map below shows how many days you can expect for UPS to deliver to your region.

Expedited shipping

Most of our products are large and bulky, making expedited shipping very expensive (usually running into the hundreds of dollars). However, we're certainly happy to arrange it for you if required -- just give us a call.

Returns

Returns are accepted on new, never-installed AirScape products within 30 days. However original and return shipping charges are not covered. The ACTUAL shipping on the original order will be deducted from the purchase price before your account will be credited. Please note ACTUAL shipping may be more than the original flat rate shipping charge on the original order.

Procedure

1. Call us at 866-448-4187 to notify us of a return and receive an RMA number.
2. Clearly write "RETURN" and the RMA number on all boxes to be returned.
3. Ship to: AirScape Inc., Attn: Returns, 625 Charles Way, Medford, OR 97501

Returns over 30 days are subject to a 5% restock fee in addition to shipping fees. Returns over 60 days cannot be accepted.
