I just bought a house and the airscape whole house fan wasn’t working. The seller thought it tripped a breaker but I ended up having to replace everything except the power supply lol. The main circuit board was fried as was the fan circuit board and fan motor. I suspect a power surge as it wasn’t plugged into a surge protector and both the fan and door motors and boards were dead. Anyways, the troubleshooting provided by airscape was fantastic. We went piece by piece and now everything is working - they did not try to push me to just replace everything we tried the cheap and easy stuff first.
This remote is very handy. This is our second AirScape and we also had a remote with the first unit. The newer unit has more speeds available than the older unit, which is very handy. I would not have the fan without the remote.
